Ingredients

  • 10 oz / 300 g cold smoked salmon

  • 8 oz / 225 g cream cheese

  • 4 tbsp creme fraiche

  • 1/2 cup / 1 bunch finely cut fresh dill

  • 1/2 cup / 1 bunch finely cut fresh chives

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

  • optional: 1 tsp wasabi paste

Directions

  • Arrange the salmon slices into a flat plate on the baking paper
  • Press the borders lightly
  • Mix cream cheese, creme fraiche, herbs, and spices in a bowl until smooth
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on a plate made of salmon slices
  • Roll the plate tightly, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the fridge for 2-4 hours
