2 cans white beans (15 oz)
2 garlic (whole)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Peel garlic and put them on tinfoil
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt on them
- Close the tinfoil and roast in the oven at 350°F / 175°C for 30 minutes
- Drain the beans and mash them in a blender or with a hand mixer
- Add roasted garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Blend until smooth
