Ingredients

  • 2 cans white beans (15 oz)

  • 2 garlic (whole)

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Peel garlic and put them on tinfoil
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt on them
  • Close the tinfoil and roast in the oven at 350°F / 175°C for 30 minutes
  • Drain the beans and mash them in a blender or with a hand mixer
  • Add roasted garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • Blend until smooth
