Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products (non-refundable)
- Certain health and personal care items (e.g., opened skincare, hygiene products)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post officially.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Non-Refundable Digital Products
All sales of downloadable digital products are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that your device is compatible before purchasing.
