Keto Superfood Acai Sorbet

Ingredients
1 cup Frozen strawberries
½ cup Frozen avocado chunks
1/3 cup Dried acai berries
1 ½ cup Kombucha, unsweetened
8Â Mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Sugar free syrup, for example Lakanto's sugar free maple syrup is keto- friendly
Directions
- Soak acai berries in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes.
- Drain the acai berries.
- Mix all ingredients in a food proprocessor or blender, and mix until you have smooth mixture. You can also use ice-cream maker if you have one.
- Pour the mixture in a glass container, close the lid and freeze for over night.
- Take sorbet out of the freezer couple of minutes before serving it.
