9 oz Chicken breast
2 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Coconut cream
1/2 cup Bamboo shoots, slices
3 cups Broccoli florets
1Â Onion
2Â Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Red Thai curry paste
1 tsp Salt
Directions
- Put the chicken broth, coconut cream, crushed garlic, curry paste, salt, and lime juice to the kettle and heat over medium unti boils.
- Add bamboo shoots, broccoli and onion, let boil about 10 minutes.
- Add chicken, let boil 5 minutes more.
