Ingredients

  • 9 oz Chicken breast
    2 cups Chicken broth
    1 cup Coconut cream
    1/2 cup Bamboo shoots, slices
    3 cups Broccoli florets
    1 Onion
    2 Garlic cloves
    1 tbsp Lime juice
    1 tbsp Red Thai curry paste
    1 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Put the chicken broth, coconut cream, crushed garlic, curry paste, salt, and lime juice to the kettle and heat over medium unti boils.
  • Add bamboo shoots, broccoli and onion, let boil about 10 minutes.
  • Add chicken, let boil 5 minutes more.
