8 oz Cream cheese, unflavoredÂ
2 tbsp Olive oil
½ cup Lupin flour
½ cup Pumpkin seed flour
3 tbsp Psyllium
½ cup Water
2 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Heat the oven to 390F
- Mix cream cheese, olive oil and water in a bowl
- In another bowl, mix lupin and pumpkin seed flour, psyllium, baking powder and salt
- Combine mixtures together
- Form 4 equal sized rolls
- Bake them 25-30 minutes until lightly golden brown
