Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cucumber
Small piece of celery
Fresh parsley leafs
Fresh mint leafs
1 tbsp avocado-oil
1 tbsp fresh turmeric
1 tbsp fresh ginger
Directions
- Squeeze the lemon
- Chop the cucumber
- Grate fresh turmeric and ginger
- Cut small piece of celery
- Add everything into a blender, also the herbs and oil
- Blend until smooth
