Mushroom salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz / 250g canned mushrooms

  • 2/3 cup / 150g sour cream

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Rinse and dry mushrooms
  • Cut mushrooms into fine bits or crush them gently in a blender
  • Cut onion into very thin slices
  • Mix mushrooms, sour cream, onion, and salt in a bowl
