Marinated red onion

6 red onions
1 cup / 2,5 dl white vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
10 black peppers
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
Directions
- Peel and slice the onions into thin slices
- Put vinegar, honey, peppers, and salt in a pan and let it boil
- Add onion slices, and let it boil for 2 minutes
- Let cool
- Add olive oil
- Spoon it into a glass jar and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving it
