  • 2 tbsp Caprylic acid, or MCT oil

  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened collagen powder

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

  • A dash of Stevia, optional

Directions

  • Combine the Turkish yogurt, MCT oil, collagen powder, and mixed berries in a blender.
