2 cups / 5 dl fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled and chopped
ยผ cup / 0,5 dl powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice, adjust to taste)
1 tsp lemon juice
ยผ cup / 0,5 dl water
ยฝ tsp gelatin powder
ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
