1 medium head of cauliflower
2 tbsp butter
1 lb / 450 g ground beef or lamb
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup / 1 dl diced bell peppers
1/2 cup / 1 dl chopped green beans
1 diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F /190°C.
- Steam the cauliflower and mash it with butter.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground meat, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned.
