Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes, large
    1/2 Onion, medium
    1 jalapeño
    1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
    1 tbsp Cilantro, fresh
    1 Garlic clove
    1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Dice tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
  • Slice the jalajalapeño open, scoop seed out and chop it in to small pieces.
  • Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeño to a bowl.
  • Crush garlic clove and sqsqueeze lemon juice, add them in to a bowl.
  • Add salt and mix.
