Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 250g natural unflavored yogurt

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 5 leaves fresh mint (optional)

Directions

  • Grate the cucumber and leave it drain.
  • Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Add grated cucumber and mix well.
  • Put to fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy with keto focaccia, dip vegetables, or as side with your meal.
