Ingredients

  • 2 cups / 5 DL heavy cream

  • 2 sheets/leafs gelatin, or 2 tsp powdered gelatin

  • 2 tbsp erythritol, or dash of stevia

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Put the gelatin leaves into cold water or powdered gelatin as they say on the package.
  • Wash the lemon thoroughly and grate the yellow part of the skin into a bowl.
  • Squeeze the lemon into a separate bowl or mug.
  • Put the cream, sweetener, lemon juice, and grated lemon skin into a pot.
  • Let slowly boil on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze extra water off the gelatin leaves and add them to the pot.
  • Mix thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Spoon the mixture into small cups, and cover them with bees wrap, foil, or plastic wrap.
  • Place them into fridge for atleast 4 hours, or even overnight.
