  • 1/4 cup / 0,5 dl coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2-3 tbsp powdered erythritol (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup crushed nutsย of choice

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • Melt the cashew butter and coconut oil in a double boiler (or microwave). Stir until smooth.
  • Add the powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until fully combined.
