Ingredients
3/4 cup blueberries
7 oz. coconut milk
2 tbsp protein powder, unsweetened or with stevia
1 tbsp MCT- oil or caprylic acid
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix chia seeds into the coconut milk, and let soak for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
