Ingredients

  • ยฝ cup / 100 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • ยผ cup / 50 ml unsweetened apple cider

  • 2 tbsp Lakanto maple syrup, or any sugar-free maple syrup

  • ยผ tsp ground cinnamon

  • โ…› tsp ground nutmeg

  • Pinch of ground cloves

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil, caprylic acid, or coconut oil

  • 4-5 ice cubes

  • a few drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit for added sweetness, optional

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
