Hot chocolate

6 oz / 1,8 dl coconut or almond milk, unsweetened
2 oz / 0,5 dl heavy cream
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp erythritol or sweetener of your choice
Directions
- Heat the milk and heavy cream in a small pan over medium heat until it's boiling
- Whisk in the cacao powder and sweetener until smooth and combined
