Gingerbread pudding

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup 7 170 g full-fat natural yogurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup / 2,5 dl cold water

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cashew butter

  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp erythritol

Directions

  • Soak the chia seeds in cold water for 1 hour
  • Mix chia seeds, yogurt, cashew butter, gingerbread spice, and erythritol in a bowl
  • Put to fridge overnight
