Gingerbread pudding

2/3 cup 7 170 g full-fat natural yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup / 2,5 dl cold water
2 tbsp unsweetened cashew butter
1 tsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp erythritol
Directions
- Soak the chia seeds in cold water for 1 hour
- Mix chia seeds, yogurt, cashew butter, gingerbread spice, and erythritol in a bowl
- Put to fridge overnight
