Cranberry marmelade candy

2 cups / 5 dl unsweetened cranberry juice
5 tsp gelatin or agar powder
3-5 drops of stevia
Directions
- Boil the cranberry juice, stevia, and gelatin- or agar powder in the pan for 3 minutes, mixing it well the whole time.
- Pour the mixture right away into candy molds.
- Set to fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: before serving, roll candies in granulated/crystal stevia.
