Cranberry marmelade candy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups / 5 dl unsweetened cranberry juice

  • 5 tsp gelatin or agar powder

  • 3-5 drops of stevia

Directions

  • Boil the cranberry juice, stevia, and gelatin- or agar powder in the pan for 3 minutes, mixing it well the whole time. 
  • Pour the mixture right away into candy molds. 
  • Set to fridge for 3-4 hours.
  • Optional: before serving, roll candies in granulated/crystal stevia.
