Christmas spice mix

Ingredients

  • 10 sticks of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup dried lemon peel

  • 1/2 cup dried ginger chunks or ground ginger

  • 1/2 cardamom pods

  • 1/4 cup clove

  • 8 whole star anises

  • 4 whole nutmeg

Directions

  • Crush the cinnamon sticks
  • Cut the nutmegs in half
  • Combine everything and mix
  • Store in a jar with lid
