Chia porridge

2 cups heavy cream or coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Cranberries and seeds or nuts on top
Directions
- Soak chia seeds overnight in heavy cream/coconut milk.
- Melt the butter or coconut oil in a small pan.
- Add a pinch of salt and chias in cream.
- Heat until warm, dont let boil.
- Add cinnamon and mix.
- Spoon the porridge into a bowl and add cranberries.
