Chia porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream or coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Cranberries and seeds or nuts on top

Directions

  • Soak chia seeds overnight in heavy cream/coconut milk.
  • Melt the butter or coconut oil in a small pan.
  • Add a pinch of salt and chias in cream.
  • Heat until warm, dont let boil.
  • Add cinnamon and mix.
  • Spoon the porridge into a bowl and add cranberries.
