Caviar eggs

4 boiled eggs
4 tbsp creme fraiche
2 tbsp caviar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Whip the creme fraiche, lemon juice, and salt into a fluffy mousse
- Split the eggs
- Add 1 tbsp of mousse and 1/2 tbsp caviar to each egg half
