Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in water for 15-20 minutes)

  • 1 scoop (about 1-2 tablespoons) organic collagen powder

  • 1 handful spinach (optional)

Directions

  • Juice the half lemon.
