Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup / 1,5 dl unsweetened pumpkin puree 

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice, or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves

  • 1 tsp honey 

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Add the pumpkin puree, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, pumpkin spice, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of extra pumpkin spice, and serve chilled.
  • Decorate with Halloween straws
