Keto Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup blueberries

  • 7 oz. coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp protein powder, unsweetened or with stevia

  • 1 tbsp MCT- oil or caprylic acid

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Mix chia seeds into the coconut milk, and let soak for 5-10 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.
