Keto Mediterranean Butter Rosettes

Ingredients
1 stick OR 4 oz. OR 0,5 cup OR 100g room temperature butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried OR 1 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tsp dried OR 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp dried OR 1 tbsp fresh basil
1/2 tsp dried OR 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tsp paprika powder
Optional: 1 clove of garlic OR 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Leave the butter out of the fridge for a few hours to soften up to room temperature.
- Measure the room-temperature butter, and spices into a bowl.
- Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Prepare a baking sheet or other dish that fits into your fridge with parchment paper.
- Pipe fluffy and spiced butter with a piping bag into rosettes.
- Set rosettes into the fridge and let them harden for a few hours.
- Move rosettes into an airtight freezer container, you can freeze those you are not using right away.
Notes
- You can also make spiced butter in traditional stick/bar form. After combining butter and spices, form a stick/bar, wrap it in cling film, and set it in the fridge.
