Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, unflavored 
    2 tbsp Olive oil
    ½ cup Lupin flour
    ½ cup Pumpkin seed flour
    3 tbsp Psyllium
    ½ cup Water
    2 tsp Baking powder
    Pinch of Salt

Directions

  • Heat the oven to 390F
  • Mix cream cheese, olive oil and water in a bowl
  • In another bowl, mix lupin and pumpkin seed flour, psyllium, baking powder and salt
  • Combine mixtures together
  • Form 4 equal sized rolls
  • Bake them 25-30 minutes until lightly golden brown
