Ingredients
1 cup / 250g natural unflavored yogurt
1/2 cucumber
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper5 leaves fresh mint (optional)
Directions
- Grate the cucumber and leave it drain.
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Add grated cucumber and mix well.
- Put to fridge for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy with keto focaccia, dip vegetables, or as side with your meal.
