Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
    1/2 tbsp Erythritol
    1 tbsp Butter

Directions

  • Heat the heavy cream in a kettle over medium heat, whisk until bubbling. Lower heat, but make sure cream keeps bubbling.
  • Add erythritol and butter, whisk constantly until thickened.
  • Scoop mixture into a chocolate mold or small rectangle dish and let set in the fridge overnight.
