10 oz / 300 g cold smoked salmon
8 oz / 225 g cream cheese
4 tbsp creme fraiche
1/2 cup / 1 bunch finely cut fresh dill
1/2 cup / 1 bunch finely cut fresh chives
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
optional: 1 tsp wasabi paste
Directions
- Arrange the salmon slices into a flat plate on the baking paper
- Press the borders lightly
- Mix cream cheese, creme fraiche, herbs, and spices in a bowl until smooth
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on a plate made of salmon slices
- Roll the plate tightly, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the fridge for 2-4 hours
