Gingerbread Mousse

8.8 oz mascarpone
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tsp gingerbread powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
Dash of stevia or other sugar substitute of choice
Directions
- Whip the cream and mix it with the mascarpone until smooth.
- Mix spices and sweetener and add to the mousse.
- Mix until smooth and check the taste.
- Spoon the mousse into small bowls.
- Garnish with cacao nibs or frozen cranberries.
