Gingerbread Mousse

Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz mascarpone

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 2 tsp gingerbread powder

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • Dash of stevia or other sugar substitute of choice

Directions

  • Whip the cream and mix it with the mascarpone until smooth.
  • Mix spices and sweetener and add to the mousse.
  • Mix until smooth and check the taste.
  • Spoon the mousse into small bowls.
  • Garnish with cacao nibs or frozen cranberries.
