Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • Small piece of celery

  • Fresh parsley leafs

  • Fresh mint leafs

  • 1 tbsp avocado-oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh turmeric

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger

Directions

  • Squeeze the lemon
  • Chop the cucumber
  • Grate fresh turmeric and ginger
  • Cut small piece of celery
  • Add everything into a blender, also the herbs and oil
  • Blend until smooth
