Ingredients
1 lemon
1 inch piece of ginger
1 tablespoon of honey
1-2 cups of water
Additional: pinch of cinnamon
Directions
- Peel the ginger and slice it into thin pieces.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a glass.
- Add the sliced ginger to the glass.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon if wanted.
- Heat 1-2 cups of water in a pot until it's boiling.
- Pour the hot water into the glass with the lemon juice and ginger.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey until it dissolves.
- Let the drink cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
