Great for preventing flu and other sicknesses. Consume 1-3 times a day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
    1 inch piece of ginger
    1 tablespoon of honey
    1-2 cups of water
    Additional: pinch of cinnamon

Directions

  • Peel the ginger and slice it into thin pieces.
  • Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a glass.
  • Add the sliced ginger to the glass.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon if wanted.
  • Heat 1-2 cups of water in a pot until it's boiling.
  • Pour the hot water into the glass with the lemon juice and ginger.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey until it dissolves.
  • Let the drink cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
